Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at LIBALOO. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help: support@libaloo.com.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Defective Product

Send us a photo or video proving that the product arrived defective and our quality team will analyze it.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The team LIBALOO is constantly investing in policies for the satisfaction of our customers. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. They must be observed under the following conditions:
1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
2. The product must be returned unused or unconsumed, that is, as received;
3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Send an email to support@libaloo.com and inform:

1. Product name;
2. Order number;
3. E-mail registered at purchase;
4. Reason for exchange or return;
5. IMAGE OR VIDEO PROVIDING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.

After confirming all product return issues, we inform you of the product return address and the reservations regarding the product and shipping.

FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT

● Credit card completion chargeback: This chargeback may appear on two invoices after the return is returned through the payment gateway.
● Bank Transfer to the customer’s account that can be done within 10 working days after confirmation of the customer’s return. THE  BANK TRANSFER MAY NOT BE MADE IN A THIRD PARTY BANK ACCOUNT.
